Refunds are given at the sole discretion of Rumpus.



For complaints regarding takeaway orders placed through ourselves you must contact us within the  day you receive your order. Please try to take any photographs and forward these. We will try our best to rectify any errors or dissatisfaction raised. For restaurant complaints please raise the issue directly with the manager on duty.



If you wish to cancel an order please call us directly.


At Rumpus we use lots of fresh ingredients. Most of our burgers are served with sesame seeds, topped with dairy cheese and our menus change on a regular basis.

We also prepare our food in one kitchen and whilst we have strict standards from field to fork, please be aware that we cannot guarantee that any of our food is 100% allergen free. 


If anyone in your party has a food allergy, please check with a member of our team who will review the allergen information. This will allow you to consider carefully whether you can dine with us.
